Vivek Seshadri (Vivek) is the Chief Financial Officer at Hitachi Payment Services. Along with his role as Chief Financial Officer, he is also the Director of Business Finance. Vivek has over 12 years of experience across investment banking and corporate strategy. Vivek joined Hitachi Payment Services 3 years back and is responsible for managing the P&L and driving initiatives around budgeting, analytics, strategic planning, revenue assurance, cost controls, treasury, audit and other areas of financial operations.

Prior to joining Hitachi Payment Services, Vivek was the head of strategy for a SME lending platform called U GRO Capital. In his roles, before U GRO, Vivek has worked with investment banks like Avendus, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs where he has closed 15+ M&A/fund-raising deals totalling over US$ 2Bn in value. Vivek has completed his MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
