Anuj Saraswat (Anuj) is the Director- White Label ATMs (WLA) & Financial Inclusion (FI) Business, Site Acquisitions and Projects at Hitachi Payment Services. Anuj brings over 24 years of experience in banking and fintech, having held leadership positions at institutions such as India Post Payments Bank, RBL Bank, Citibank, and fintech firms like ItzCash and YouFirst (now EbixCash).

As Chief Product Officer & Head of Strategic Alliances at India Post Payments Bank, he was instrumental in setting up the bank in its formative years. During his tenure, IPPB witnessed a 40X jump in revenues, reached 70 million account holders and built the highest deposit base amongst its peers. Prior to IPPB, Anuj set up the Digital Banking (BaaS) unit for fintech and start-up collaborations at RBL Bank, building the Partners Ka Bank identity for the bank. Anuj had also co-founded Getbit Inc., which he transitioned to his other co-founders before joining Hitachi Payment Services. His other assignments include those at ICICI and IDBI Bank in the early part of his career.

At Hitachi Payments Services, Anuj is driving the financial inclusion initiatives heading the WLA & FI businesses with an aim to provide essential banking & financial services to underserved and unbanked populations. His expertise includes strategic leadership, organizational transformation, business incubation, digital banking and partnerships, with a focus on innovation and scalable business growth.
