Shintaro Yamabe (Yamabe) is the Executive Vice President – Synergy and Integration. His mission is to leverage the diverse customer channels and capabilities of entire Hitachi group to create new business opportunities and enhance operational efficiency by connecting the various divisions and entities across Hitachi.

Yamabe has over 24 years of experience in the IT business since joining Hitachi Ltd. in 2000. He has played key roles such as Project Manager, IT Architect, and Quality Management Specialist in numerous system integration projects for security exchanges, security firms, and banks. Since joining Hitachi Payment Services in 2024, he has concentrated on harnessing synergies to drive innovation and integration.
