Kannan. P (Kannan) is the Director – Professional Services and is also responsible for the E-surveillance Business and for driving all professional services initiatives for Reconciliation, Field Engineering and SDO teams. He has over 30 years of experience in technology, product development & innovations and has complete end-to-end knowledge on ATMs/CRMs. With his deep understanding of operations, he has setup automated incident management systems, played a vital role for setting up Recon Operations, control of Fraud & Mitigations.

Initially he started his career in the ATM industry with Diebold Systems as Lead – Tech Support and managed Test & Repair Centre. Then he moved on to IMAS which was acquired by Prizm Payment Services and later Prizm Payment Services was acquired by Hitachi Payment Services. Kannan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in computer applications fom SSI, Chennai and Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MPT, Chennai.
