Sudarshan K T (Sudarshan) is Director – Digital Operations and heads Operations of Digital Business Unit at Hitachi Payment Services. Sudarshan comes with close to two decades of experience in IT, Telecom and Financial Services including payments and lending at point of sale. He comes with a rich blend of experience operating at both strategic and execution levels in areas of Operations, Technology, Digital Transformation, Program Management, Customer Support, Product Support, IT Infrastructure, Launching New Products, Setting and Scaling New Functions, Building Strategic Alliances and Mentoring Startups.

Prior to this he was Head – Business Operations, Delivery and Support for India at Poynt. He has also worked as Vice President – Business Operations and IT Infrastructure at Innoviti Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Director – Delivery and Operations at Onmobile Global Ltd. and Project Manager at Infosys during his experience of close to two decades.

Sudarshan has done his B. Tech in Electronics and Communication from Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra (NIT) and Post graduate program(PGSEM) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is an alumnus of INSEAD and has done INSEAD Leadership Program for Senior Executives from INSEAD – Singapore/France.
