Job Description

Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience, managing the help desk team and evaluate performance. Ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis. Training and supporting helpdesk representatives and technician. Should have an ability to motivate and direct a team. Strong documentation skills & proficiency in MS Office applications is desired.


Graduate in any discipline.
