A unique value proposition bought to you by us is our ability to provide second line maintenance on the ATMs that we manage. Unlike other service providers that need to depend on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to provide the service‚ we can maintain all critical ATMs, BNA and CRM Machines using our own staff. We provide this service for our Banking Channel Products that include Cash Deposit/Recycling Machines and Passbook Updating Machines.

ATM Second Line Maintenance includes regular preventive maintenance and on–call break–and–fix services. Through a network of Field Engineers (FE)– Central and Regional Spares Depot and Test and Repair Centres (TRCs), any of our Managed ATM is on an average 60 minutes away from our FE. This ensures a high level of uptime which translates into better customer satisfaction

We are authorized by several ATM manufactures to provide this service on its behalf and this is evidenced by the Service Maintainer Program (SMP) that we have signed with NCR. Under this program NCR providers us with authentic spares and training on its ATMs. Key features include
